It’s important to note that once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify any details associated with your order. Please mention your order id in the request.

Yes! To place the order on phone, please Whatsapp us on +91-6361184630. We are available from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (Mon – Sat).

  2. WhatsApp us: You can also reach out to us via WhatsApp at +91-6361184630. Send us the product details, including the product name and quantity, along with your name, email address, contact number, complete address (including pincode), and your preferred payment method.

  3. Email us: Alternatively, you can email us the product details at support@ebageecha.com. Please include the product name and quantity, your name, email address, contact number, complete address (including pincode), and the preferred payment method.

As a guest user, your address and order details will not be saved with us. However, you can still proceed with the order by providing your full name, email ID, contact number, and complete address details during the checkout process.

We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking and UPI.

At e Bageecha, we do not accept returns on plants. This is because the transit stress of a round trip can cause significant harm to the plants, leading to their perishing. However, we assure you that every plant you order will be delivered to your doorstep in excellent condition.

In the event that a wrong product is delivered to you, we kindly request that you send us a photo of the incorrect item within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will then reach out to you to resolve the issue. To notify us of the error, please send an email to support@ebageecha.com or a WhatsApp message to +91-6361184630. We will guide you through the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

When you receive your plants from e Bageecha, it’s important to give them some time to adjust to their new environment. We recommend allowing your plants to settle for approximately 10 days. During this period, it is advisable to avoid placing them in direct sunlight.

Rest assured that we have carefully selected and used suitable potting mix for your plants. You do not need to repot them for the next four months. Our aim is to provide you with convenience and ensure that your plants have a healthy growing medium right from the start.
